The Three Passes Trek, NepalMy son and I have just completed the Three Passes Trek with Kandoo. I can’t praise the team in Nepal enough. Our Head Guide Chessung was amazing through the whole trek. Totally professional, calm, in control, great company, funny, engaging, informative. Nothing was a problem, from changing the itinerary, to sorting out helicopter extraction due to the incoming bad weather.
Peru, Classic Inca Trail, what an adventure! My second trek with Kandoo (previously did the Lemosho route of Kili) and another exceptional experience. Once in Peru our guide Jose and his assistant Walter were amazing, full of information, stories and good vibes. Special mention to Carmelo our chef whose food was outstanding every meal.
Climbing the Machame RouteHeart rate and oxygen saturation levels were monitored every evening to ensure the well-being of all participants. During each day's trek, guides were positioned both at the front and at the rear of the group. The quality of the meals was excellent, and special attention was paid to the safety and comfort of all participants.
Kilimanjaro, highly recommendThey helped me (somehow) pull off booking an entire trip to Kili and Zanzibar within a few days of me calling to departing. I felt safe on the mountain, thanks largely to our brilliant guides Calvin and HappyGod. The porters were brilliant too and the food was next level.
Excellent experienceExcellent service delivery from the time I booked to the end of the trip. Dorchi La as our guide was always calm and collected with a great sense of humour. Answering my numerous questions every night was probably the highlight and he answered all with immense patience.
Kandoo, highly recommend! This was our second adventure with Kandoo and it was even better than the first! I became quite ill in the lead up to my trip. Shelley and the team in the office were so good in allowing me some flexibility with extending my balance payment, so that I could await clearance from the doctor.
What an amazing teamKilimanjaro was my first climb above 13,000 ft. Although I turned back on summit day, I loved every minute of the hike! It was tough but going “pole pole” at your own pace made it doable and enjoyable. Your guides and porters become family on the mountain!
Jose & Walter were fantasticTheir passion and knowledge was superb. I have done Kili and Toubkal with Kandoo and hands down this trip was the best food. The extra thick mattresses were a welcome addition, really helps with sleeping.
This Bali adventure was fantasticOur local guide Ravi was exactly what we needed to make this trip perfect. Having a local driver made us feel like we could navigate safely around the island.
Machu Picchu was an incredible experienceThis is the first time that I’ve ever done any hiking like this, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the way our porters, our guide and even our cook handled everything. We’re not talking peanut butter sandwiches and baked beans. This is truly gourmet cooking!
Hiked EBC in Nepal with KandooProfessional, clear and well-organised group. I enjoyed my time and felt really safe through it all. Highly recommend.
Kilimanjaro climb with Kandoo!Excellent experience climbing Kilimanjaro with Kandoo Adventures, 100% recommend to anyone thinking of booking it. Abraham, Happy God, Safari, Collman and the rest of the team were fantastic. One of the best experiences I've had!
